Pino Audia is the founder and Faculty Director of the Center for Leadership at the Tuck School of Business. His award winning research focuses on psychological barriers to organizational adaptation and leadership effectiveness and social barriers to entrepreneurial activity. Synopses and commentaries of his research have appeared in Forbes, Business Week, The Washington Post, National Public Radio, Fast Company, The Wilson Quarterly, IEEE Spectrum and several international media outlets.

Professor Audia  serves as a consultant, an executive coach and speaker at major firms worldwide, including: Exxon Mobil, Fiat, General Electric, HSBC, Novartis, Old Mutual, StatoilHydro, Shell and Unilever.

Prior to joining Tuck, Professor Audia was on the faculty of the Haas School of Business at U.C. Berkeley and London Business School.
