Join VINS for an Earth Day Celebration! This April 22nd, millions of people are celebrating climate and environmental literacy, and you can too at VINS’ own March for Science. Walk through our beautiful campus and visit each Discovery Science Station to perform experiments, see adaptation in action, measure water quality, and take home the seeds of a wildflower garden! At each station, be sure to collect a badge for your hat or shirt and display it proudly as you march. Stop by the Hawkfly for live bird programs and learn about how climate change is already affecting raptor populations across the world. Write a message on a prayer flag, tie it up in the meadow, and watch your hopes for the environment take flight. Come back to VINS in the evening for a free screening of the film “Before the Flood”, followed by a panel discussion with local experts.
